Lupin is a nutritional powerhouse with nearly double the amount of protein found in chickpeas. 

Studies have been found lupin to lower blood sugar levels (good for diabetes) and keep you feeling satiated for longer.

Lupin doesn't contain as much starch as many other legumes and flours. It's high in protein, are a good source of fibre, and are relatively low in fat.

These are a great, healthy low carb choice and taste delicious.
