Refund Policy

We appreciate your order very much but please review your order carefully before placing it as we do not provide change-of-mind refunds.

If, once you receive your order, you do not like your meals this is not refundable.

99% of our deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes, due to circumstances outside our control, your delivery may be later than expected.

Please note that Western Australia and regional areas take longer to reach and can mean delays.

We use external couriers to get your order to you. Once the order leaves us you will receive tracking emails from the courier. Whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure your delivery arrives promptly we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date.

If your delivery is later than you expect, this is not refundable. Your meals will be fine as they have a very long shelf life and do not need refrigeration so they will still arrive in perfect condition.

Should your order go missing, we will refund you. This refund process takes up to 14 working days.

If you have any other issues such as damaged product please email us immediately at outlining your issue in detail, and provide photographs of the issue. We will respond immediately and refund quickly if a product is faulty.

Please note that due to Government Health Guidelines we cannot exchange products.
